Possibility - Oil pulled backwards through the PCV air supply hose between the passenger side valve cover and the throttle body, combined with moisture in the air condensing on the cold blades, forming an oil/water emulsion. Unless of course you got carried away lubing the throttle blade bearings at some point in the past.
Check the hose coming from the valve cover and look under the cover plate on top of the TB for oil buildup.
