Brent if this was a one time deal then no one would say anything. You have been doing this for 3 or 4 years. You may have Det Miller fooled but we have seen you in action for years. If you want to proclaim your innocence then I tell you what I will do. There is a private det in Saint Clair Shores that does lie detector test. I am sure there are enough people here who will pay $5.00 each for you to take the test to clear this up.
If Brent is willing to take the test I will call and get a price and post it.

Brent, I know you are going to read this so I will direct it to you.

The LAST time you had a problem fulfilling your obligations like this, I suspended your account on this board. You somehow found my home number, called me at my home and asked if you could come back on the board. You said that if I wouldn't let you, you would respect that and never come back to this site. Remember this? I thought it was pretty admirable of you.

I thought things over and decided to keep a separation between you and this message board, not only for the trouble that had been caused over your dealings but for the trouble that the situation would continue to cause (people still getting involved in flame wars because your dealings left a bad taste in their mouth, etc...). You said in person during the phone call that you made to my private residence that you would respect my decision.

Evidently, you lied to me. Directly to my face on the phone, you lied to me because here you are again, in the same trouble you were in before.

You also lied to everyone else here when you said that you were not Brent Kirkwood but said that your name is Mike, a friend of Brent's. That is yet another lie because I called the detective that is involved in your case and verified that YOU ARE Brent Kirkwood, the same Brent Kirkwood that I thought I could trust with his word.

You come back, pull the same stuff again, waste my time and get the authorities mixed up in the site that I try to run when I get home from work. Then when you are called on it, you start the name calling. Most (if not all) of the people that you flamed and called names are friends of mine. Dave (PhantomTA) and I have been friends for years. Not only that, he is a moderator fo this site which puts him in a position of responsibility and that earns respect.

Now I think I don't need to explain that I don't have anything personal against you at this point, although people would say I am a fool for thinking so. I don't appreciate being lied to, deceived and I also don't appreciate having my intelligence and my authority on this board being insulted.

This post is not meant to slam you any more than you have been, but I would really like to know what you would do if the roles were reversed.

Put yourself in my position. What do you expect me to do about this? If I ask you to leave this site again, what will happen?

 

Jason if after a 1000 posts (prior to this fiasco) of no major problems or *17 year old brent antics* That i havnt proved myself to be atleast attempting to get along and be functioning, then i will leave. You dont have problems with me because you see that i can be functioning and am not the unruly guy that most think i am. I used to feel like i wanted to be apart of this forum, but with age i have noticed some of the members and moderators are doomed to be children for the rest of there days. If the role was reversed i would promptly want to meet up with said person and said local members with these issues and try and work this out like men in person. No more screens and keyboards, just men talking. I would love to finish all of these problems, i really would. Over the internet this will never happen.

 

Actually it says we all stick together. When one person gets robbed, we are sypathetic. When two people get robbed we get suspicious. When a dozen people get robbed, we form a posse.

 

No one was robbed, keep telling yourself whatever makes it easier for you to sleep at night. Robbers dont return money.

I'll give you credit; other than the issue involving a detective, yeah, you are been pretty cool about things. I didn't even know it was you even after talking to you through e-mail. But the point in that is there shouldn't have been 1,000 more posts. You gave me your word you would not come back. You lied to me. Of all people you shouldn't lie to is me because I have given you nothing but respect despite the crap that has happened between you and this message board. I still continue to give you that respect.

No, I don't know that nor do I care. What is important here is that if you have problems with someone off this board, you shouldn't be bringing them on this board. You got a problem with Dave? That is between you and Dave, you don't bring it to this board because this board has ZERO to do with it. This applies to everyone here, and after being on this site under multiple accounts you should know that.

That is not what I meant. I have nothing to do with the pther people you have issues with. That is YOUR problem. The problem that you and I have is that you have placed me in a rough spot and backed me into a corner. Put yourself in MY position. What would YOU do after someone came to the site that you work very hard on, caused trouble, promised to leave peacefully and then came back anyway and caused MORE problems? How do you expect me to handle it?

Why did you lie to me? Is that your way of saying that I did not give you enough respect after causing me grief over what you did on this site?

I had prior info on who you really were(from 3 years of this crap) and once I mentioned that fact and I could prove it. I said I know where you live and where your car is at. What you did was go nuts like you have in the past for 3 years of this same BS. I then told you to go get some help like I have in the past.

What you did then was...... the typical 17 year old Brent Kirkwood style of playing macho man and threatening Dave Deel(PhantomTa), Tom(Case Sensitive), and I that you were going to basically do physical harm to us. You have done this in the past plenty of times and continue to do the same thing. Maybe I'm a little confused here. If you had the parts that you sold to these people, then why were they never shipped? It's pretty obvious that you recieved the payment for them, so why has it come down to giving out refunds? Did the parts ever actually exist? And if so, then what was the problem?

 

It's obvious you don't care about anything. And you are welcome for the input. Too bad you don't take to heart some of the things that people have said here. Stop with the games. Be up front with people. You don't gain anything in life by being a liar and a thief.
