Just Brent being Brent.. he loves to make threats or suggest that people need to go to his level in order to reach him in any way.
If people stop telling him to go he will stay, if people tell him to go he will stay..
Bottom line is he gave Jason his word he'd leave and he didn't. It just shows what kind of person he is. He makes a lot of references to his grand father.... I wonder what his grand father would say about someone who doesnt keep his word.
