Crap!! My car broke last night.

Crap!! My car broke last night.
Had a VERY LOUD ticking, I turned the car off and checked fluid and everything visualy and went to restart the car and the motor is froze, starter just grinds. Should be taking the car apart later on today possibly valve spring broke but who knows.
