Does anyone have a JPR cam install tool I can rent from you?

Hey guys, doing a cam swap at the end of February or beginning of march, and I'm trying to round up all the crap I need. Does anyone have a JPR cam install tool they would rent to me? I don't want to pay $80 for something I'm probably only going to use once. I would just need it for a few days. Let me know, thanks

Why not got some long bolts and thread them in the end of the cam???? Use them as a handle. might cost ya a couple of bucks but its better than $80.l Steven

Just go to auto zone & get some pen magnets. one for each lifter. This always worked great for me.

I had a set. The first time I used them they worked great. Then I went to use them on my car and got them stuck in the block. The one end of the tool that you hold on to fell off because its just glued on. I can measure the lenght tonigh if you still need it. I ended up using magnets.

Hmm... yeah if you could measure it... isnt it basically a rod that slides in under the lifters and slides out?

Save yourself the hassle. Just do the magnets. Cheap insurance. Just be sure to check that the magnet is screwed all the way on. I found the end to one in my tool box, so it had worked it's way off. I plan to get them all together & put red lictite on each of them. That should cure that problem, or better, if you have a welder, hit the ends with a tack. Good luck.
