Dyno session

Hey anyone know a good place for a dyno session? I dont need a tune or anything just like 3 pulls to see what my car puts down. DSW is no more and Livernois is a huge ripoff. Plus I hear they raised their prices on dynos, tunes and the like. That sucks because they are located not even 10 minutes from my house. Oh well, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

You should call Brian at AP-Engineering in Clinton Twp. 586-954-3181.

They have a mustang dyno.

Thanks. APE was the first place that came to mind. My friend's friend built his 414ci LS1 and did a great job and I watched the video of that car getting dynoed. The shop looks real nice. I'll have to give them a call, thanks again.

Scott, please call me directly at Livernois. I can assure you that overall pricing for dyno tunes has not changed that much from what I was charging at Detroit Speedworks. I'm I'll be able to help you once I get the MD1750 up and running again in its new home.

Yea, Andy's car is pretty sweet! Wait until his next combo comes out. When you get to APE for your dyno session you will see the shop since it has been re-modeled. It really looks nice.

Good Luck!

Greg, that sounds great. A few friends of mine havent had the greatest experiences with Livernois in the past so it leaves me a little reluctant. However I had been looking forward to doing future business with DSW and with you. I will be sure to give you a call in the near future. I need to discuss a small dyno session and some small PCM adjustments. Thanks and I look forward to speaking to you Greg.

Yup I was referring to Andy. I've seen it in person once or twice. My best friend got a couple of Andy's dyno runs on video along with Andy's friend that has that 35th Anny. He's been out to Andy's and given him a hand with some of the stuff he's got planned for that motor. Sweet SS that Andy has....I wonder if he fixed the front fender where he got hit?

Kirk and Rich do not own the shop any more.

Kirk still tunes for us on a contract basis.

Brian

What are your dyno rates? Also what would it cost to rent the dyno out for the day? You can email me if you prefer.
