I recieved this as a gift from a relative that lives out of state. I mentioned to them that I needed a new battery for my laptop, so I could use it for my AutoTap. I had already bought a new battery, before they sent me this adapter. I hate to ask them to return it, since I don't see them very often. Anyway I am selling this item brand new in box. These sell at local computer stores from $70+

It plugs into your cig lighter, and you chose the voltage that your laptop requires(says on the back of your notebook).

This Dc adapter is designed to power the popular brand notebook computers which require DC input from 15v to 24v. It should fit almost any laptop. Just check the power requirement on the back of the computer it should be anywhere from 15 to 24 volts.
