Come on Q, just a little hint!! Besides mulligans don't count.

Hey do you have a magnetic pinion angle gauge?

No sorry, I dont have a guage, but if you buy one, can I borrow it

As for my times they dont even come close to counting, so I cant tell. Let me say this, the knock sensor is history, programming it out tonight. Picking up 10+ degrees of false knock makes for very uneventful runs. But I did get the rev limiter dialed in, and I did verify that it will make the drive to St Ignace without getting hot. I was having a problem with that, but got it fixed. I drove all the way to Martin, ran the car till 9ish, and drove it home, never even got close to where I worried.

That's cool, is your "problem" the knock sensor that you were asking about on the LT-1 Edit list or something else?

Yeah, it is offically gone. I just need to flash the PCM and everything should be hunky dory. Its amazing how much 10+* of knock can make a car run like crap

hmm, I installed my 1.6 rollers, pulled 50lbs from the car, put 42lbs less rotating mass on the axles, and increased traction by a mile....and I ran a tenth slower

Well I finally made it out to a 1/4mi track.
Got a little scare on my first run, tires broke loose and tried to come around on the 1-2 shift . Let off the gas and straightend out though.
Found out later I left about 40lbs of stuff in the back but oh well. My first 4 runs were were all back to back when I first got there. All were 14-15sec passes . The best being a 14.03@105mph with a 2.27 60ft. Then I watched with my bro till around 8 or so and went for another pass. 13.39@104mph with a 2.16 60ft. Thats with spinning the tires in 1st,2nd and 3rd too. Figured out that on the 1-2 and 2-3 I have to wait a sec before easing into the gas after the clutch is engaged to help minimize wheel spin. Now to get the relocation brackets welded on and maybe some drag radials .

Reaction time still needs work though. Guess I'll just have to head back for some more practice .

Ahhh, so that was you out there. Glad to hear you got a 13.39. I was feeling your pain on the first couple runs.

I have decided it's time to buy back my mods. Best I could manage last night was 14.535@95.49 2.177 60'
I was impressed I pulled that 60 on these wheels though.

Hey what are you saying?

Congrats on the 13.4 Jon, that is 0.6 seconds and 4 mph faster than my car was when it was bone stock.
