i purchased a ss spoiler for 250$ from chris downs in township MI and he never sent my stuff. he claims he sent it but it had no tracking number, insurance, or proof that it sent. its been 3 1/2 months and now he saying hes trying to get in touch with the postmaster to see if they will refund the value of the product. basically he said i will get money when the PO refunds money for an uninsured product that for all i know was never sent.

this is some kid that lives with his parents that is trying to rip people off. i would really appreciate it if someone could drive by there and tell him that you're there to pick up travis malsbary's 250$ refund for the spoiler that never arrived. if his parents are there, im hoping they may write the check themselves. id be willing to give someone half of it just for doing this for me. ive been stressed over this for awhile, and would more than appreciate it if someone would help me. His dads name is chris too.

I just had a similar problem with a guy in Texas just a few weeks ago, and you Texas guys were alot of help. I feel I owe you one, but I live almost 3 hours from this guy. hes not on the board i dont believe. his aol screename is pistonhead123 thats also his ebay name. when you aproach him hes going to give you some bs about how he sent it and that hes in contact with the postmaster trying to get a refund, but hes lying out his a$$. he also told me he makes 8k a day on ebay, and has his own store and yet he lived with his parents.

tell him Travis Malsbary purchased a ss spoiler in august that never arrived and you are his friends that came to pick up the 250 refund for him. if his parents are there it may be easier because they may go off on him too. i really appreciate this guys! hopefully if all goes well you will get the money out of him of which you guys can have half.

Even if this guy sold $8,000 in his life time, he would have to be an absolute idiot to send a $250 plastic spoiler in the mail with out insurance. It doesn't cost that much money! He didn't send it. What was the ebay item number. Have you taken it up with them and gone through there process for this. There is negetive feedback on him for the very same thing to other people.

I'll go over there with you guy's if you go, I hate when this S**T happens!
