... I was talking to Don Foss at Discount Tire in Jackson. Don races a 504 10/71 Blown big block in a 2300# Chevette. I told him how I had an open carrriers spiders welded to the carrier to make a poor mans spool. He wished me 'good luck' as he had did that before and blown the whole carrier to smitherines. OUCH, I don't need that! Chris... I hope you picked me out a STRONG one!!

Still working on Redbirds launch. Lifting too fast and not enough push forward at the throttle hit. First 6 inches is alot of front travel and not enough forward bite. Tubes in Hoosiers will help and will look at travel limiter for the driver side front. Once I get
the front issue takin care of, I expect high 1.4X sixtys. She actually lifts and leaves so violently now, with new converter, she is a little scarey to drive. She leaves straight though, thank God!

lol! glad to hear the car leaves straight as an arrow. i get my bmr drag bar installed on tuesday. hopefully it will leave much like your car

oh come on now, the wheel lifting helps for weight transfer. if you want to keep the wheels down i could always drive the car for you the extra weight will keep the tires planted
