i have a pair of lt4 heads for sell on a couple web sites and this guy writes this--- this is the second time in one week 2 different poeple

thanks for the mail to me .i will like to let you know that my client in the US is oweing me the sum of $6000,which i will instruct him to issue you on my behalf.i would need your name ,contact address and your phone no ,inother for the cheque to be delivered to you.you would have the cheque cashed and sent to my shipping agent ,which he would use it as his transport and other things to come over to your location for the pick up.
i would have to trust you to send the money to my shipping agent .the money would be sent through western union money transfer.i would need a reciept in othe for him to be able to pass through the officers at the airport.

heh, I had the same thing happen to me. I told him I would accept the deal so he would send me the check. When I got it the check looked fairly official. It was a pink check drawn off a bank not too far away. Then I took the check to that bank and the manager called the police so I could file a report. I had gathered a lot of info from the guy that I could give to the police. Once the "buyer" believes you have fallen for his scam you can get lots of information from him. Phone numbers, his shippers contact info, etc. As long as he thinks you are playing along.

Nothing may come of it, but it's still nice to be part of the investigation

 

Have him cut you a check.....
