Re: how many thirdgen guys here?
hey duke, wanna buy a Iroc hood? lol you putz. did you ever get your car running good? I havent gotten to see it yet. we need to get together in spring and hang out this coming year. Im gonna have to make a point to set aside some time cause I havent done much cruising in the last couple years.
BTW, I have an int. for sale if your new car needs an interior. or I'll sell the one from my Iroc. I have most of a black int., and the whole light grey int. and 4 gen seats that are currently in my Iroc. its all comeing out anyways to do the rollcage when I get around to workin on that car again. lol.

Dude I'm so sorry, I ended up buying a brand new SS hood, and the other RS has the 92 Z28 hood with the blisters.
BUT, if you have all the black interior parts from the hatch are of your car, and they're in good shape, then tell me how much you want for them, I need them!
Wern't you at M9? I had my car there, I even managed to dump coolant at the starting line!

I've got a restored '91 Z-28 that my 16 year old son drives, an '86
Firebird drag car w/10 point cage,12 bolt, set up for big block, 80 %
complete, and my pride, the '80 Z-28 pro-street, big block, 9 inch ford
rear, etc. Also, my 21 year old son has my old '79 Z-28 80 % complete
as another big block pro-street.I got my first Camaro, a '69, when I was
a teenager and have pretty much always had one of some sort ever since.

Wow 16 driving his "own" Z28.Althought i'm 18 and have my own Z28 so as long as he has proven mature i say all the more power to him.You done raised a good kid.I have trouble controlling my right foot sometimes, well until i watch the gas needle.
I did drive my dad's 71 Trans Am at the age of 16 Although he was in the car with me due to insc. and lisence reasons.Probably the most intimidated i've EVER been by a car.Learned how to drive manual on that car go Muncie M22

I bought my first third gen when I was 16. It was a red 92 V6 RS. After a couple grand spent on gettin it to work and lookin pretty, I sold it and bought a 91 Z28. The Z is my new project which I will hopefully get done by the summer for cruisin season!
