WOW, it's been a long time since I posted here. Well, after a long wait after selling my 89 Firebird, I finally found (was able to afford) a good deal on an SS. It's a black 2000 SS. I really like the car a lot.

Friday, I took it cruising on telegraph with one of my friend's 99 Mustang. We stopped at Duncan Doughnuts. I seen some other 4th gens parked in the lot across the street. Maybe some of them post on here. Let's see, I seen a white SS ,an orange SS, mid-90's cobra and some other black Camaros.

I'm gonna check back on this board for any telegrah cruises/meetings. You guys will have to let me know if some of you are in my area.

p.s. Did you get a manual or automatic? because before I got my TA i was looking for a black SS manual, no luck around the wayne county area.

Stavos, my car is an automatic. Your right, it is very hard to find a manual LS-1 here in wayne county.

Funny you guys should mention how hard it is to keep a black car clean. I noticed that after I washed it, and took it for a spin, I came back and the car was covered in this thin layer of white dust.

 

guess I'll be ss'eeing you around then neighbor. congrats man. I want a LS1 car pretty bad myself.
