Thumbs up LOCAL Racers wanted this weekend!

ITS Round nine for the NMCA and it arrives at Stanton [MID MICHIGAN MOTORPLEX] this weekend.
http://nmca-racing.com/michigan.html

open test and tune friday nite...normal mmm day.
SATURDAY the Fastest streetcars of the NMCA take over .
For $50 you can enter and run in the EFI class.... on a pro tree with fixed indexs that you pick to run your car under.
Got a car that runs 11.008...run 11 index.
got a 13.20 car...run in 13 index.
Its a blast
Or go into the Street ET class and bracket race and Dial it in just as you do at a local gig.
You do not need to be a NMCA MEMBER to run with these two classes!!!!
Saturday Qualifing
Sunday Eliminations

I'll be getting a baptism in EFI with the new combo...
Come on out guys and brake out those machines...
...but don't "brakeout"

Its actually the ninth race out of 10- the world finals are in
Columbus Ohio later this month.
I'll be there all three days- staying in Alma, but I think the room will be full. 6 and 7 second door slammers, nostalga classes, EFI, 8 second drag radial cars, box and no box bracket races, car show, bikini contest and Manufacturers Midway. Quite a show. No chance of rain in the forecast (according to Jerry Hodak).

I'll be there for sure all saturday and sunday. Should be a riot, as always!

If any of you racers need a hand durring the DAY, look for me and Joe(Duke). We'll be around basically eatin' nachos and making friends with the pit groupies sup girl!?

It's tempting to race also but I doubt it would be a lot of fun with my 15 second index!! The car WILL be there though so keep an eye out!

Does anyone know anything about the car show? I might be interested in doing that. Would my car qualify?

I would also be entertained to watch you all race too!

Cool

I usually at least make MMM and am planning to this year! They will pit all of us EFI people together, so if you come to watch or help, we'll be all together.

It's supposed to be quite warm all weekend, someone give my N2O a "GOOD" mojo, I wanna run 12.00 not a coasting 12.50!!

Question to T/A or Hawk... you have to be a member to collect contingency money, right?
My membership is up this month but would hate to lose $1500-$2000 in contingency money. How much is membership?

NOTE: Looking for someone to stay with as wife isn't coming.

I think its $50 to join NMCA for a year. You get a t shirt and a license plate frame and $100 runner up for each decal and $300 for each win per decal. The money comes from the contingency sponsers and usually takes 90 days.
I am probably going to need some help purging the nitrous line under the hood while I am in staging since HR Hawk will be busy with his own car.
