It is a pretty good area. Lots of traffic on 23 mile near Gratiot at times. It is also close to the water too.

Yup, Chesterfield is a lot further north than Troy, but if you're willing to make the commute every day, more power to ya. I live in Macomb, about nextdoor to Chesterfield (give or take a few miles) and I drive to work by the GM Tech Center. It takes me about 30 minutes if I drive spiritedly at 7am in the morning.
