Barry Kluczyk from Primedia and Chris White from S3 Magazine are doing magazine articles on the event.

They need some info such as what was the fastest car there and what it ran, elimination winner times, etc. If anyone knows or has video footage they can check, it would help a lot.

I KNOW that I should know this, but I was too busy organizing the winners and not the winner's times.

Any info is appreciated!

The hole shot difference made it seem like it was a closer race that it actually was. Congrats to Matt.

A little unknown irony though: Matts Bottle heater had taken it's toll on his battery and his car wouldn't start in the semi- finals. I was able to give him a jump in the staging lanes so he could win the semi's and then come right back around and "spank" me in the final. Oh to think if I hadn't given him the jump. oh well.

I can tell you who had the fastest car there.

9.75 @ 140 or something like that. Definitely doesn't compare to the 9.51 that I had at Thunder though. Man, what a 1/4 second does lol.

Now don't take this the wrong way because I am not saying that 9s is not fast as hell...

But I thought there was a faster car than you there? Or do I have it mixed up with the National Event?

 

You have it mixed up with the national event when the Bamfords, Hancock and the other blower car showed up.

And 9's are getting pretty boring now, lol.
