I live in Roseville near 10 mile and I-94 at 9:25-9:45 there was a male about 5'9" 175lb and 16-25 years old driving a red Escort early 90's hatch 2 door.
I seen him looking through the neighbors window and tried to sneek out but my door was frozen a little and it made a loud noise spooking him. He ran off jumping fences behind our houses and came out 3 houses down from mine. My neighbor was in his car but was unable to catch him after I pointed the car out.
