yeah, it's a stang, but...

I saw one of the brand spankin' new body style Mustang's that I didn't even know have been released yet driving down the road today. Now I'm no car expert, so at first I figured it was an old Mustang... then it gets closer and I realized "HEY WAIT A MINUTE! THAT'S THE NEW BODY STYLE!" I haven't seen the new bodied Mustang next to the concept Camaro, but I can't help it I like the looks of the new Mustang. Ah well, for anyone in the Macomb / Oakland counties.. watch out for a sky blue Mustang driving around.

They've been on the road for around 6 months. I think they're ugly!!! Just my opinion. 300 hp though.

Yeah there everywhere. Its one that comes to telegraph and joy on sat nights, and it was also one at Woody's on sunday for the car show, that one was a 6 banger though. 200 hp stock on the 6, 4.0 SOHC. Damn i know 4.6 owners are like man this v6 stang with maybe exhaust can run me down. Haha shoulda got a pushrod....

I hated the 94's when they first came out, but now I guess they're OK... I gotta say my first impression of the '05 was way different. I like 'em

Re: yeah, it's a stang, but...

i like them...so much better then the sn95 bubble. much more design to it then a 4thgen. not sure wether i like it more then the 99+ mustang yet though as one of those with the Saleen kit is just beautiful.

gm is going to have to do something to save it's v8 platform...as much as i dislike ford the mustang is just running away.

has anyone seen what saleen is going to do with them yet? i'm anxious to see the aftermarket for them. build it to model after "unicorn" and it would look sharp.

I seen a blue GT in Warren today with a M plate and it had what looked like 18" Bullet wheels on it. I want one now

They look cool with the GT pakage, but just a regular V6 car looks quite weak.

Re: yeah, it's a stang, but...

I have seen about a dozen of these on the road, mostly V6's. I am not too thrilled about them stock but I do agree that with some aftermarket equipment these cars should look sweet. I am still upset about the engine because although they make 300 hp they don't make much torque and a GTO would walk all over a mustang, the Mustang Cobra should be a sight to see!
