10 PSI Tuneup?

What is all this 10PSI tuneup business I always hear about? I assume you regulate 10 PSI of fuel pressure to your Fuel solenoid and then run a smaller fuel jet? What are the advantages to running a setup like this and is there a chart or method for determining what fuel jet is needed on a 10 PSI tuneup?

Thanks,

Seth

The new NX nitrous kits come with a recommended 10 psi fuel pressure, and all of their jet settings are figured with 10 psi... Nothing else has changed, just the fuel pressure, and the jet size.... My kit came with the 10psi spec chart, but I think i'm going to resort it back to the low pressure tuneup.. My fuel pump can't keep up, and it's a holley blue....
