FS: BRAND NEW Koni Drag Shocks 93-02 4th Gens
As the topic says, brand new, Front and Rear, adjustable Koni SPA1 Drag Shocks, I was going to do some comparison testing with these, but have decided to bite the bullet and modify the car for Double Adjustables.
Those of you that have dealt with Koni's Know the SPA1s are the best they have, these are essentially a bolt-in deal for 4th Gen cars.
MORE Performance has these listed for $700 + Shipping. http://www.moreperformanceinc.com/Fbshock.htm
Asking $600+$30 Shipping. Absolutely No reasonable Offer will be denied!!! If You're interested at all MAKE ME AN OFFER.
I have to move these shocks to come up with the difference on the new ones.

they are advertised as an OffRoad Item only, but as are MOST parts meant for Racecars. Its just a limiter in their reliability, since obviously these shocks don't react quite the same during acceleration or braking as a regular ole Set of DeCarbons.
This is not to say that you should expect to get 100k miles of service out of them. Any quality adjustable shock should be rebuilt every 2-3 years IMO, depending on driving conditions.

oh okay, i thought it had to do with the way they react to road conditions. i think i read a warning that said the vehicle could lose control on the highway. i think they were lakewood drag shocks or something

You can drive Lakewoods just fine on the street also. It boils down to Driver Control.
A Bad driver is gonna get out of control regardless of the situation, but they put that disclaimer up, so they are not the ones to blame when he wraps his car around a telephone pole and dies, and the guy's family decides they wanna sue Lakewood for everything, take the company, and go into the shock/suspension business. Hehe.
Gotta love Modern society, gotta cover yer @$$ at all times......
