I've been asked this same question on a few boards. Are people reading this and understanding? 1 3/4" stepped into 1 7/8" with 3.5" collectors.
The bolded and underlined portion should explain these are RACE items. I doubt more than a handful of people would try and run these headers on a street car. Maybe a race car that sees street duty for a few miles a month, but still.

The Kooks do NOT have AIR or EGR. They are offroad only.
