Im the guy who passed on the converter, nothing wrong with it, just did some research and found out a stall abouve a 3000 may have issues with a 95 4l60e and that a computer program doesnt alwasy solve the problem ,but an obd2 has no issues with a higher stall. But just wanted to let you know this is a great deal from a great and knowledgeable guy(Frank).

Yes, late 700 and 4L60E, as long as it's a V-8 or 90 degree V-6.
