File a complaint with paypal if you are unhappy with the transaction. In most cases you can recoup your money. Just don't allow him to talk you into dropping your claim til the product shows up becuase you cannot reinitiate the claim.

i sent it before thanksgiving and it did have insurance on it i have the recept from the USPS.

ok so i get home today from work and the pcm is at my door saying it was unclaimed. so let me know how you want it shipped so that you can get it. i do not want bad feed back i am making an effort and paying shipping twice is something i am willing to do.

ok what should i do i have this pm here and i can not get a response from the buyer that paid for it what should i do?
i shiped it once and they never picked it up from the post office i tried to get ahold of them by email and PM no response.
if anyone has any ideas please shoot.

well if you have a recipe showing you shipped it, in a timely fashion after getting paid and it was marked a unclaimed when it was returned, as long as what your saying is true then you did the best you could do. Personally, I would call your local police dept. or whatever and find out what the laws are for returning his money. I would set it aside for however long your legally required to in case you hear from him. If you do return it to him, his loss for not checking his email or leaving you with the correct contact information. If he doesn't claim it in that amount of time, merry Christmas I'd put it back up for sale, at least if your setting his money aside you can give it back to him then if you hear from him.
