396, 383, 355 LT1 Block Splayed mains - FRESH
OVER $1300 INVESTED!!! Asking $650
This is FRESH LT1 block with 0 miles / parts installed since it was professionally machined. I had splayed 4 bolt mains installed as they are stronger than traditional 4 bolt main caps. The block came out of a 1995 Camaro SS. I spent just over $1,000.00 to have the block professionally machined and prepared by Metroplex Automotive Machine Shop. They did the following:
- New 4 bolt, splayed caps supplied, installed, block line honed, and clearanced for oil dipstick
- Clearanced for strocker crank and rods accordingly
- Bore and Hone cylinders to 4.031
- Deck block for perfect cylinder head alignment
- Vat and prep block
- Painted the block black
