This is nice amp to run a complete system off of, especially if you're trying to keep an install clean and simple. It's a model MRV-F352, and I believe it still has a warranty (I can find out if a buyer is interested). The warranty is through Circuit City, where I originially purchased the amp. Here's a spec sheet:
