Seem to be decent.
Didn't say, but I would imagine it would take about 4 days.
I don't know if it will need to be boxed up for shipping or not. If you want it boxed up I can get a box for you, but I don't know if it has to be.
I'll check on 2 day shipping but it will probably be expensive.
Edit: $75 for end of day Saturday if I ship tomorrow. Ground will take 4 days
