If you end up breaking this up I would be interested in the Ground Control Coil Over conversion kit front and rear.

What's the ride height like with this? Ride quality any good for a DD street car, or is it really purpose-built for racing?

Ride height is adjustable.

Ride quality is actually better than stock due to the superior compression dampening of the shocks.
