I have a complete set of Earl's braided brake line kit for 93-97 Camaro's with disk brakes(28A030ERL...Summit has them for $96). I bought this set a few years ago and never installed it(bought from Tbyrne's if I recall). I have since upgraded to LS1 brakes and can't use it.

The pack includes 6 crush washers, but I think I would recommend going with GM crush washers.

I would "assume" that it will fit 93-97 Firebird's, Trans-Am's, and Formula's, with disk brakes, but I don't know for certain. According to Summit's site...they fit fine.
