F/S White Trans Am in NJ
For Sale: 83 Firebird (TA clone inside and out), White, T-Tops.
Body: The body itself is in great shape. No rust anywhere, good white paint (small chips in a couple of places, otherwise looks great), no dents, 1 or 2 dings in the doors. Staraight as an arrow.
Drivetrain: The engine is a carbed 305. It runs, but burns oil. If you were to buy, I would reccoment an engine swap. I left the 305 in there just so you could test the tranny. The transmission shifts great, firm on all shifts. The rear is 3.73 with posi.
Interior: The interior is black out of an 89 GTA. Seats are 97 Camaro cloth. It is missing the headliner and 2 or 3 small plastic pieces to be complete.
This car has a brand new Painless Wiring harness (www.painlesswiring.com) installed. I was going to use this for a weekend track car, so it has the HVAC system, the radio, and the wiper motor removed (all the wiring for those accessories is there). Wheels are 15x8 front (fronts are barand new with no tires mounted) and 15x9.5 rear Boyd Coddington rims. Has Weld-in SFCs installed.
This car is an engine swap away from being a great weekend warrior. In most states, its a classic so it won't have to pass emissions. Pictures at

I am located in Nortern NJ. I am asking $1700, and I am negotiable. The sooner you buy the more negotiable I am. I also have a complete, 0.010 over, dissassembled 350, and I will throw that in if the price is good. Car could be driven home, but it is uninsured and has no plates, so I would recommend towing.
