Its the part that the hood release wire connects to.

 

I am in southern Iowa. Where are you located? If you don't live far away you could pick it up. The shipping would be terrible high because it would be truck freight and I wouldn't want to do it anyway because of rick of damage. Oh, the latch you are talking about went on the ram air hood I got to replace this one

well when I bought my fiberglass hood from Jegs it cost 100 bucks. They said it was expensive because it is hauled by truck. Tell ya what I will go to the UPS site and see if I can get a figure. What is your zip?

the ups site keeps telling me that it can't be calculated online. Is what you can do if you want you can check around with differant shipping companys and if you found one that would give you a good deal all you have to do is have them pick it up. I have heard that you just pay them and make all the arrangements so then all I have to do is have it boxed up and ready to go. That way you don't have to pay me for the shipping.
