FS: Strange 12 Bolt - 3 Channel (low miles)
FS: Strange 12 bolt rear end with under 4,000 miles on it. 4.11 gears, 3-channel ABS, heavy duty posi differential, aluminum cover ($115 option new), LCA brackets, and 33 spline axles. $1750 OBO
SOLD - Pending Final Payment
This Strange 12 bolt is a few years old, but very low mileage. It is coming out of a 97 LT1, but will work on any 3-channel 93-02 f-body. (98+ cars would require different mounting brackets and all must be NON traction control cars) It has an aluminum cover/girdle (a $115 option new) and stock length wheel studs. It has a 1350 u-joint. The lower control arm relocation brackets are already welded onto the rear end. It has 33 spline Strange S/T series axles.
The rear end has been in the car for 2-3 years, but has only seen around 3,000 street miles because the car was un-smoggable and unregistered for the majority of the time. Only been to the track 1 time and no traction better than a 1.9 60ft time that could have hurt it.
The rear end is as quiet as can be (no gear whine). It is still in the car at this moment, but will be out and in the garage very shortly. I can get very reasonable freight shipping prices through a company I have used many times before. I would be shipping this thing strapped safely to a pallet. The car is going back to stock and this must go. I can include the brakes at this price.
More pictures to come. Located in San Diego, California.
