Hey Marcin, how about calling me about the money you owe me for the parts you or Matt "lost" over 2 years ago.

I'd like to continue to think you're a stand up guy even though you've yet to make it right.

I guess you started a new thread selling the same stuff since I had replied to the other one and it "looks bad".

Marcin,

Why don't you take care of your debts. I was interested in the brake setup until I saw this post.

Marcin,

Most people on this site are not going to do business with someone whose character has been called into question. I suggest you settle your obligation to Hi-psi. Until you do so, your behavior can only be regarded as suspect.

I would just like to add...

I'm not directly trying to deface Marcin's or Matt's name within the community, however it is a bit ridiculous either have yet to make ammends to this situation. When and if either of them do, I will post publicly in each and every thread any of this has been mentioned in to make certain that anyone who may come across any of it will see that they did the right thing and fixed the issue.

I've attempted to be nice, and patient about this, but that time has passed.

If that's the case, then why back in July when I first posted about this did you reply to my PM asking how much YOU owed ME so you could talk to Matt about how much of it he was going to pay?

You were the one bolting those heads onto my motor. You COMPLETELY knew what the status of the heads were and that they had been shaved. Hell you/Matt even picked them up/dropped them off at Walden's. I think you're just grasping for anything other than the issue at hand.

You and Matt were doing work on my car. When I picked the car up, parts were missing. You originally said that either you or Matt must have lost them and you'd replace them. You never did that. I sold the car and said I'd just like the money that I had to spend to replace the parts before selling the car. You said that was fine and that you and Matt had found out that some guy/friend of yours that had been hanging around while you were working on my car had stolen the parts. Now honestly Marcin, do you think ANY intelligent person reading this would think you were not responsible for something that happened while the car/parts were in your possession?
