Im sorry you got screwed on here man .
You should consider small claims court or something . A noble person would have refunded your money .
I would be over whelmed with guilt if I had took someone for so much money .
On a brighter note , I bought springs off here..2 cams.....and a few other things . A flywheel , and a bucnh of stuff from Brian Hinson and I have to say I made out like a bandit in the end and saved THOUSAND of dollars .
things like this ruin it for everyone . I think you have a very good reason for being upset . Hope everything works out .

That is because you have a conscious and have morals, believe it or not, some people don't. A lot of it may have to do with when people sell over the internet, they very rarely deal face to face, it makes it easy for them to rip people off. I would take him to small claims over $500.00. The filing fee is fairly small and the burden of proof is only "preponderance of the evidence" not "beyond a reasonable doubt" which is less burden of proof. Basically, it is 51% proof, which you may have already shown that. Any time I have ever sold anything over the internet, I have held onto the money until I hear back fro the buyer and he tells me that he is satisfied. ONLY then, will I use the money. If for any reason, the buyer was dissatisfied, I would refund the money, simple as that.

Not that it looked good, or was in good shape, or minimal use, he was told it was Brand new. And another thing, you dont know jack sh**. Your just a smarta** kid.

Bottum line if Redthunder is on the up and up "which it doesnt sound like he is" than he would shut the guy up and refund his money and re-sell the damn thing. Switch sides and he would be doing the same thing.

Transam396,

All i can tell you is you win some you lose some. Scammers are everywhere just be careful. And always remember "What comes around goes around"!

1. I have never even looked up the price of a crank brand new. BUT, when the buyer originally made a post about Redthunder being a good seller, he stated that he got "an awesome deal" so why dont u go shuve it bc u dont even really have any business in this matter, expecially to be making stupid comments like u were. Believe it or not I actually feel for the buyer, I am in the middle of possibly having gotten ripped off but I dont know yet. Like i have stated before, I had not seen the crank for several months. All i can say is that I knew what the crank looked like when he got it and it was supposed to have been brand new and was in what looked to be like the original plastic wrap. But some things we will never know.

2. T/A Racer I did not know that there was even any rust on the cam before I shipped it out. It had been sitting for at least 2 weeks after it had been handled and I didnt expect it. As I once already stated that is why i kept your money in my paypal account until after I knew everything was going to work out ok with u.

3. I dont appreciate "WheelsupChad" making comments about me when he's never even talked to me. I am not necessarily against the buyer in this situation, nor am i against the seller bc as far as he knew it was a good "never used" crank. As far as giving the buyer a refund I have no control over it, Redthunder1994 is a very stubborn person.

You know, I think it's one of those experience things... When Trans probably first got the crank he was probably excited, and considered all of that normal... until he went to an experienced engine dealer and was told other wise about the product. Now he has a reason to be angry...

LiL Knowledge goes a long way!.. Any one who's even contemplating putting any engine together.. whether it'd be a 1500.00 355 or a 18K 383.. would make sure their stuff is in top condition.. Shoddy part's is not somthing to take a chance on... Who like's to pull motor's cause we have to? wouldn't you rather it cause you want to? LoL.. Well anyway.. We'll make the best of this situation even if we're out 500 bux.. RedThunder didn't quite get away.. He'll get his..

Alright thats it I am done with this. I was actually starting to feel sorry for u and was going to try to talk to redthunder1994. But bc your continuing to be a jerk I am through. Good Luck. I hope everyone realizes on here that my intentions in this whole mess was to find out exactly what was going on and to try and reach a conclusion. Its not my money that was spent nor was I the one that sold the part. So its not my problems anymore.

Next time report it so you don't have to be surprised any longer. Making a post is useless because it does not notify an admin or a mod who can actually do something about it. I only stumbled across this thread by coincidence. Again, next time please report the thread instead of addind fuel to the fire by posting in it. We'd all really appreciate it.
