JL Audio W6v2 Stealthbox

Get ready for Summer early!

This is an Authentic JL Fiberglass Stealthbox, not some cheap replica, used for about a year, never abused or distorted, pushed with a JL 500/1. All JL stealthboxes come with w3v2's, this was a custom job since the mounting plate on the w6v2 is different. Box is also lined with polyfill, and sub is wired to terminal with 8AWG JL Audio High Powered Sub cables

This little 10 BANGS with superior clarity, Anyone who got in my T/A could not believe I only had 1 10", After having this sub I will never buy a different brand of woofers for the rest of my life. This is perfect for those that want the pound of 2 12's but need their T-top storage. This set up cost me over 500 with the sub brand new, make me an offer

Please understand this is not an mediocre set up, there is a reason the sub retails for 500 bucks

I think most people would agree, JL to MTX is like Bentley Continental to Ford Fiesta

I can almost guarantee you will not find a used stealthbox with just a w3 in it for 200, I've never seen anyone customize a stealthbox to slap a w6 in it and having a custom box made from fiberglass will cost you over 600 easy This sub will last a lifetime as long as its not abused and I payed too much to give it away dirt cheap, If I cant sell it for a decent price Ill just keep it, thanks for your interest

HERE IS SOME INFO ON THE STEALTHBOX FROM JLAUDIO.COM

The secret behind the performance of JL Audio Stealthbox® systems lies in the unique approach taken in their design and in the fact that they are hand-crafted from fiberglass and/or Advanced Molded Composite (AMC) materials...

Fiberglass delivers a level of enclosure rigidity and dimensional stability not possible with other enclosure materials, allowing wall thickness to be reduced compared to a typical wood enclosure. This gives you more interior box volume for a given external volume (which means louder, deeper bass in the end.) Fiberglass and AMC materials are incredibly strong and can be molded into very complex shapes. The flexibility of shapes permitted by this type of construction gives us the ability to design your Stealthbox® to fit perfectly into tight spots so as to minimize intrusion into your vehicle’s useful space. At our facility in Florida, expert craftsmen laminate, grind, join and finish Stealthbox® enclosures by hand. Proprietary techniques and materials developed by JL Audio through years of fiberglass manufacturing experience ensure consistent quality and unsurpassed performance.

The JL Audio subwoofer drivers at the heart of each Stealthbox® system go through rigorous testing before being assembled and loaded into your enclosure.

There may be cheaper ways to make a subwoofer system, but there is no better way.

Might as well keep it. Because you are not going to get no where 800 bucks for. Not even half. Either way good luck with your sell.

P.S. post a price shipped, because obviously this "make an offer" deal isn't working for you. That way we know what you want for this....

Also keep in mind that JL is a huge mark up in price. I used to work for a Car Audio Shop and we sold JL and Memphis, Both of the companies have a big markup.

The "make an offer" is to guage what people are willing to pay, and Im not looking to get 800 bucks for it, I just wanted people to see what these things retail for so 1. It could help decide a reasonable offer and 2. I dont get low balled

Like I said, if your interested tell me what your willing to pay, and If I get an offer that IS reasonable ill let it go if not Ill keep it.

If you want something in the 220-250 range you can go on ebay and get a used stealthbox with a w3 or a w0 like this one or go with the mtx thunderform, but neither will hit as hard or sound as good as this
