Livin2dxtreme..where is my part!!?
I sent you my $100 and I know you recieved/accepted it two weeks ago. You said I'd have my Opti LAST Monday, it is now two weeks ago you got my money. Where is my part and why wont you respond to ANY means, email/phone. I suggest you send the part before we have a problem as I am VERY persistant. I hope to god for your sake you just 'forgot' to send it out and recieve this and will send it out right away then contact me. ....If any of you other members have dealt with Livin2dxtreme please let me know how that deal went. I talked to him on the phone, his name is Nick Bryan and he is a member of PayPal, so I know I can somehow get him back for scammin me if he has. Thanks to anyone that can help me. This is a great board to be a member of and a privilage, I just hope he doesnt add to the ever growing list of homos that give this site a bad name for selling/buying stuff. Thanks again for any help, and Nick, I hope you return a call or email.....

Nick Bryan!
Nick Bryan lives in Milwaukee, WI and he should be about 24 years old. He claims to be a General Manager (unsure to where) and he is a verified PayPal account member. If anyone knows him I'd appreciate you letting me know some of his personal information. His phone number just 'coincidentally' is no longer in service after talking to him a week and a half ago. If any of you see him post anything on this board and attempt to deal with him, can you please remember the number and address if you get one, and write me on this board? And do not send him money if you do come across his name on here. His email is livin2dxtreme@hotmail.com and the number he gave me before was 247-508-9621. So if you get that number after dealing with him, it is not valid... Thank you for any help guys, I know some people have gotten scammed a lot worse than I at $100, but I am moving and have a lot of bills. Here is the email I have recently sent to this person. As you will see the only problem is with this guys attitude and impatience.
First off, you need to calm down. Second, the next time you want to make accusations and try and put words into my mouth you might want to try and get your facts straight. I don't know where you get that it has been two weeks because I talked to you on Friday, April 30th. Only one full work week has passed. Which is the only time UPS does there pick ups. By the way, I have no control over when UPS delivers packages and that is why it has taken so long. I sent the package out last week as agreed. I never said that it would be delivered by Monday, May 3rd. I told you originally that I would not be able to send it unitl Monday, May 3rd, at the earliest. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to make that happen. There are many things that have gone on that have not allowed me to get to my email. The only access I have is at work and there are two people in my office, myself and my boss, and one computer with internet access. I would not intentionally avoid anyone for any reason. I am a person of my word and the opti is on its way. For you to go to the extreme and start to think you can threaten me when you have absolutely no grounds is ridiculous. I have already provided Paypal with the tracking information. Here it is for your viewing pleasure as well: 1Z12A6R70341528938. It is scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday, May 12th. Word of advice, either get some patience when dealing on the internet or don't do it. Also, don't bother contacting me or replying because I don't need the aggravation nor, the problem of having to deal with people that do not have consideration for others. Thanks and take care.

Also, I have no idea where you ever got the number you have from because I never gave that to you. As a matter a fact I never gave you a number to contact me. I definatly won't be doing that now either because I don't need to deal with people that do not have any respect. You will have your opti and I hope it was worth it because the only persons credibility you damaged was your own. So you can now stop your whining because it all falls on deaf ears. Goodbye.

This situation has already been straightened out on another section of the forum, reasons for assumptions were stated (signs of a scam) and appologies were made.
However, when you call someone from a phone, if they have caller I.D. it is very easy to write that contact info down. Thus, now having a contact phone number.
It was worth it, because if this were a scam like hundreds of others on this site (unfortunatley with such a great site..things do happen), the quicker you respond to something the better. Too many days go by without others helping keep an eye for activity of a scammer allows that scammer to scam others before getting rid of contact info and email addresses, etc.
However, there was a delay in Nicks end due to whatever reasons, so when I was not contacted and had no responses for understandable reasons (limited access to the net) and the number no longer in service, I quickly reacted. Nick did hold up to his end and supposedly I should receive my package (Opti) on the 12th of this month of May (or there abouts).
Situation now handled, both parties happy as flies on #$%@ and soon I will be able to enjoy my Z on the road again thanks to Nick. Best regards, Derek.
