I don't know what the heck he is talking about i even sent him pictures of the spoiler before i sent it. it was in perfect condition, obvisously something happened during shipping and they aren't taking the blame. so dont think i sold a junk spoiler, it was in perfect condition when sent out. im sorry if it got damaged but i had nothing to do with that.

 

You don't know what I'm talking about? The girl at the UPS store sure knew what I was talking about. As soon as I called to report a claim for shipping damage she said "the black spoiler?" Turns out she was the one who packaged it and said the thing was dinged & scratched when it was shipped. Yeah you sent me digital pics but there were low quality and wouldn't have shown any damage anyhow. Shame on me for trusting you. Just do the right thing and refund my money and you can deal with trying to get some $$$ out of UPS. You got my number. I already talked to your Dad twice yesterday.

 

im sure she did. she probably dropped it or something on it because when i sent it it only had the swirls which is impossible not get unless you dont wash your cars. and for the scratches no way. look at the pics i have a $500 digital camera, the pics are fine.

 

Whatever dude. You're obviously full of crap. I'd be happy to post the pictures I have vs the pictures you have if someone can host them. The pictures are pretty obvious that it was not shipping damage. Now you admit the spoiler was scratched it's "impossible not to get unless you wash your car". Well my 2000 Z28 with 81,000 miles looks better than the piece of crap you sent me, which you said was "spotless".

Why haven't you returned my 4 phone calls like I asked? Afraid of an *** chewing over the phone? I know you got the messages. Just send me back the money and I'll send you back the spoiler and you can **** with UPS.

holy crap! that is definatly not from me, no chance in hell. i thought it was minor scratches. not chuncks of the corner and scratches down the midlle. NO WAY would i call that MINT CONDITION. The only problem i had was the swirls like every car has.

And when you use the term "spotless" to describe something you're selling, it had better be SPOTLESS!!! Send me the full amount back and I'll send you the spoiler back and you can deal with UPS since you said you have your witness and high quality digital pics....
