How many miles on heads and valvetrain?

 

Valvetrain, including cam, springs, pushrods, lifters all have less than 5k miles on them, i had just replaced everything last winter a few months before my accident.

Heads were on the car for 50k highway miles, it was my daily driver- when i replaced the springs this winter i also did new valve seals and inspected all the seats, these are really in great shape. One valve stem tip has a small depression so i've been running lash caps just to be on the safe side, i'd include those with the heads too.
