I always worry when people post stuff on here with 3 posts, don't have a sig card (or even a picture at all), and don't even make the effort to be part of the community. They come here to make a buck and leave.

 

I've noticed this it one of the few forums that do not require a 50 post minimum and or 30 day membership prior to being allowed to post in the for sale sections. I do agree i get leery on big $ post as well. GLWS

 

ive been a member on thirdgen.org for 2 years, i just moved to this site because they booted me out for having a 4th gen,.... i havent had time to set anything up yet....

 

I doubt you got booted for having a 4th gen. I have a Vega GT and haven't been booted.

 

keep the intake, bro. SO far you are very shady and will not ship the part because he claims the intake is being held at his UPS. He will not give me a tracking number at all and says he wants my track number to prove we are trading parts. I told him FIRST that my part is being held at MY UPS and will not ship til he provides a track number on his package. Although yesterday he told me it already shipped. I have no idea who you are and your posts come off very shady. IM a well know and trusted F body member and on other boards as well. LIke I said, type my screen name in google and you can find everything you want to know about me. I NEVER ****ed anyone over and Who are you????? NO ONE knows who you are and you cant even ship out a intake because you claim that you got dicked over on thirdgen.org!

He even claimed to be his son and the dad the same time. Telling me that his dad is at work, but he his dad called me on the exact same phone. His phone was at home LOL
So how can he call of his cell phone that is at home with the son? Shady.

Then another message from SON is that dad just called me and said he will do 400 shipped on the intake now and NO trade, Money order ONLY. But DAD called me 5 minutes before this message and said QUOTE that he will have his phone for 30 minutes"

So how did dad get home so fast and leave all in 10 minutes of these text messages, but dad all of a sudden left back to work and called his son off of what phone?

Exactly the reason I don't associate with non-members...I.e. People who sell and don't post. Lots of scammers on here lately.

ok for one, it was not the same number, double check that one BUD, im not getting ripped off, so if anyone has a problem with protecting myself from SCAMMERS. then maybe ill go to another board,

the reason i said no trade anymore is because i found someone here that would sell me everything i need for 400 cash.... and if you wouldve simply given me a tracking number you wouldve had my intake shipped, and my son was texting you....

like i said double check your numbers, one was ending in 8044 and the other in 9333, so double check that one....

now, if you want to deal again, i would rather have the cash, to anyone who wants it 400$ cash shipped, but it WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTILL FULL PAYMENT IS IN MY HANDS! with a money order you can track where your money is and if you get "scammed" i can be put in jail.... so if anyone wants it, let me know.

IMO paypal is the only "safe way" to be doing business..Even then you still run into problems..
