Okay, you need to keep it simple here because I am only understanding part of it.

At this point right now...what did you send him and what does he owe you?

 

I sent him NOTHING because he didnt send me anything. I was smart and avoided the scam and didnt send him anything because I figured he was a thief. Now we all know he is a thief and not to deal with the guy.

 

Okay, I gotta stay as unbiased as possible here.

So, no one really got ripped off...but there is an assumption you dodged a bullet and could have been a victim.

If you are right (which is easy to agree with based on what is posted) then well done. However, there is still a chance this is still due to simple misunderstanding, IMO.

However, I don't think that is an issue as the OP said he will not be coming back.
