Mufflex Y-pipe w/ Flowmaster Catback for Hooker LT's
I've decided to sell my Mufflex Y-pipe with the Flowmaster American Thunder Catback and go with custom true duals on my car. Here is the major parts breakdown, and the price I paid for the stuff:
Flowmaster Catback: $267
Mufflex Y-pipe w/ O2 bungees: $275
4" to 3" Reducer: $15
Hooker 2.5" in, 4" out exhaust tips: $68
Flowtech 3" Cutout: $29
Total: $654
Those prices aren't including any tax, shipping, welding labor costs, or other misc parts.
Want pics?? I've got those too. Be forewarned that my car has had a significant oil leak this past summer, and the exhaust definately got leaked on. I just hosed it off w/ some brake cleaner, so the exhaust hasn't been cleaned up or anything yet. So what may look like rust is mostly just grease that does come off.

Now you ask yourself "but how does it sound?" Well, I have video's of it idling w/ the heads/cam. I also have a video of it on the dyno, but that is only with the cutout open, and before the heads cam:
Cutout Closed
Cutout Open
On the Dyno
So, what's wrong with it?? Well, she isn't perfect. As you could see in the pics, there are a couple dents on the catback pipe. The Y-pipe took an *** load of welding to get it to stay properly together. Mufflex screwed up on the O2 Bungee on the driver's side, so it is closed off and a new one is welded in. It took an ***-ton of work to get this thing to fit right, but that's work already done, not work you'll need to do. It will need new 3" clamps for the exhaust side, and 2.5" clamps for the outlets of the muffler; approx $6 for all of that at Autozone. You'll need new collector gaskets (those come w/ headers, or you should buy your own decent set). I used a stainless steel bandclamp for where the catback meets the Y-pipe, which comes with it.
Will work with Hooker LT's for sure, since that's what is on my car. I believe this setup will also work with the Jet-Hot LT's as well. This Y-pipe does require minor grinding to the tranny K-member lip; it's part of the design and isn't hard to do.
Now you want the price. I know someone is gonna ask "will you sell the catback and Y-pipe seperately." I will, but ONLY if I have a buyer for the catback first (buyer = money in my hands, not "interested" parties).
Y-pipe only: $200 shipped
Catback alone: SOLD
If you want the QTP electric cutout, I'll sell it for $140 shipped.

Yes, I do take Paypal: nitrousbird@team.camaroz28.com
That's also my normal e-mail address as well.
Any payments through paypal needs to have 3% added to the total to cover the fees.
Also, anyone who doesn't know, this catback will no longer hook up to the stock Y-pipe, as it has been cut to fit onto the Mufflex Y-pipe; of course a new pipe could be welded on (I no longer have the part of the pipe I cut off).
