This is a brand new and complete kit, I just opened it up to take a look at some things when I originally bought it being curious. As you can see in the picture the important parts have remained in the plastic.

I'll also throw in a switch panel that has switches for arming/warmer/open close and purge. It fits in the little tray below the vent controls.
