I would really like to move the dash and seats and interior parts, as well as some easily removable body panels etc. The motor and trans will come out after that as well as the jet hot long tubes, aftermarket suspension etc.

I have the same problem with my 94. I am going to pick one up from a local GM parts supplier for 128$, maybe you can try jason cromer and see how much he wants. I called around my junk yards but they want close to 100$ for a 10 year old sun weathered dash.

Yes, The low coolant light is not present on the guage cluster. Sorry for the slow response.
