Just like the header says, Ricksgta aka 1987gt on 3rdgen.org, aka Rick Cardarella IS A THIEF ! He has received over $800 for parts that were NEVER RECEIVED ! He claaims that the parts were mailed over 2 weeks ago but he supposedly lost the tracking #'s for packages to 2 different people. He also claims that the other person has received their parts, which I know is a lie and I have the proof. He lives somewhere in Cairo, NY. Possibly Mountain Ave. I've already talked to the postmaster and they CAN NOT confirm his STORY . Do not attempt to buy anything from him or you will get shafted. I'm already out hte $ for the parts AND for reservations to go to a HUGE car show which I was planning on taking me car to. If anyone has detailed info on this guy, please let me know !

 

contact the local authorities in that area. mail fraud is punishable.

TheBeast_93LT1 "aka" Daniel Ingrua or something like that, got me a few months ago . You would think there would be an un-spoken code of honor among guys who have there cars in common . I only buy parts for my cars on line. To make sure that I do not get ripped off, I use paypal w/ a credit card, not my personal account. I am not trying to endorse paypal, but last month I had trouble with a seller off ebay and paypal settled it quite quickly, in my favor. Paypal needs the credit card companies, therefore they have to satisfy the credit card companies. If paypal does not get your money back, you can file a claim with the cc company that you did not receive the goods and they will reverse the charges. Secondly, all of us buyers should request C.O.D., which is offered by UPS for a small fee, forcing all sellers to accept this method. This will ensure not only you getting your product, but you get what is described. These comments are not endorsement of the mentioned companies, just suggestion for safe buying. If sellers do not want to use these methods, chance is they are SCAMMERS>>>>>>>>

 

I believe that if you mailed your money to him, it can still be considered a postal offense.

Some people are REALLY REALLY stupid aren't they? I've been replying to "Rick the scammer" on the original for sale thread since the 19th. Even after about a dozen posts on that thread saying he's a scammer and both me and the other guy saying want our money back for parts never received and all, there's some TOTAL MORON asking for pics send to his e-mail !!!

 

they think they are above being scammed and it wont happen to them....
