That would be called wire fraud. And is punishable as well. It also gets handed to federal authorities because it is an interstate transaction.

 

And this thread is five years old. Don't have a clue why it was resurrected.

 

Maybe Rick Carderella was given a plush Treasury Department job in the current administration. Sounds like he fits the basic qualifications

 

kind of funny how a guy with his first post would have brought this back to life

 

We are only as good as our word. We should all treat this like a business because we all spend hard earned cash and do not need to be ripped off.
