Just a heads up about POORmansVette,I sold him a working egr valve for 20.00 shipped including paypal fees.After he received it,he claims that it dont work.I know for a fact that it does.It was checked before it was shipped out.I did some searching and I am not the only person he is trying to scam.Send the part back,I will know if its my part or not..Oh and by the way shipping was 10.00..I have bought and sold many parts from this site,i also have been on here for over 2yrs,and have never had a problem.

 

Trying to scam someone over a $20 part. Yah, like that is going to get me rich. The part was faulty, No doubt about it. Two pumps from an air pump showed that. He said he would refund me the money. Pay day came and then no contact. Finally after various messages he stated he was no longer going to refund me the money and called me a scammer. I offered to ship it back from day one but he would not agree to pay for my shipping fees. Go ahead and contact forum sellers ddr698, dld9c1, and 1957camaro and see if they had any problems with me. my1994z28 is not a man of his word, and does not test his parts before selling them. Its that simple.

 

Thanks for pointing that out. No i have not filed a charge back. Didn't know of such a thing. I thought he would do as he said he would. See below

It was working when removed. I am not going to argue about 10 or 20 dollars..I get paid friday,I will paypal you the 20.00 then.

 

Do you really think I would have sold a non working part?For the 10.00 shipping,that left me 10.00.Not worth for me to ship it,just to hear you bitch and complain that it dont work?I dont think so.The part was in perfect working condition.My car ran perfect when it was on.The only reason it was removed because my car became more of a race car.

 

Trust me. I had hoped that it did work. Would have saved me some money instead of costing me it. But the bottom line is you did sell me a non working part, and did not follow through with your word when you said you were going to issue me the refund. Its cut and dry. You made this a lot harder than it had to be. I was more than reasonable.

 

KNOCK IT OFF - BOTH OF YOU. You made your point. Post problems in the feedback section. The rest of us don't want to see your pi$$ing contest.

Both of you need to grow up and settle this, or there will be consequences.
