Transaction was supposed to be for a new set of Hawk HPS pads for the rear brakes of an LT1 f-body.

WARNING! Do not buy from this scammer! Not only did he send me pads that were not Hawk HPS pads, but they were not even the correct fitment for the rear brakes of an LT1 f-body. As if that wasn't bad enough, the ones he did send me had one pad with 4 of the 5 rivets that hold the friction material to the backing plate missing. Then he has the nerve to call me a liar!

Yeah i got scammed 27 bucks on here... and then 15 bucks...

There are 4 kinds of hawk’s brake pads!!! I asked you to take the photos of damaged pads so I can call FedEx for refund but he didn’t do that. All you did is complaining. I purchased those pads (along with the front pads) from one of the members of www.camaroz28.com. They came in one original hawk box so the have to be hawk brake pads (I can make the photos of the pads along with the original box). So you little **** please kiss my ***, suck on my ***** and change your lipstick because you leaved rainbow on my dick when you blow me. I am not a scammer, I deal with more than 10 people in here and I didn’t cheat anybody. You think that you can call people names without any reason. All you did is complaining, you didn’t work with me on those photos so why I should work with you. You didn’t send me a mail that pads won’t fit or that they aren’t haws pads. You are big *****...That’s it!!!

ps. You didn’t even ask me for refund, all you did is bitching about it!!! Get real!!! I am 100% sure that pads were in working condition when I send them. I purchased them brand new and never used; I still have front pads for sale is anybody is interested...(can make photos if needed)

 

He may have unjustly labeled you a scammer and you may be rightfully upset but are you 14??

Where I came from if somebody call you a scammer you just kick his ***. As you understand I can’t do that (because I don’t know this guy), so I acted as I acted!!! If somebody will call you liar then you may resolve it your way!!!!

 

You want photos, then fine, I will get photos! It's hardly worth it for $40, but at this point it's more the principle of the thing. I will photo the junk you sent me, along with what a real set of Hawk HPS pads look like. You say I never said to you that they were the wrong pads, well that is because I myself wasn't sure, but I am now because I ordered a set from Tirerack.com and they arrived yesterday. And I most certainly did ask for a refund. You just blew me off and claimed that the rivet issue was shipping damage.

I find it pretty amusing that you are certian what you sent me are Hawk HPS pads, but yet you bought them from someone else and they didn't come in the original box. Admit it, you really have no idea if they are Hawk HPS pads or not. Looks to me like you got scammed on the original transaction and knowingly or otherwise passed it on to me.

Since I don't have a digital camera, I will have to use my 35mm and **** away nearly a whole roll of film to take a couple pictures. Hopefully you will be honest enough to admit you are wrong. I will have pics in a day or two once I get them developed and scanned.

like I said before, I am 100% sure that the pads were send it 100% working condition!!! If you want refund just send me those photos so I can send them to ups for refund.
I was sure that those pads were the hawk pads becaus they came along withe the front pads (and like I said they come in ogyingal box). Maybe (maybe!!) the seller that sold me those pads cheat me on those...anyway I am sure that the front pads are hawk pads (because I had the same type of the pads on my car) so I assumed that both sets are hawk pads. I would never rip off anybody, I know that this sucks (I was scammed couple of times, one time this board). A guy sold me "new" connecting rods and one of them was bend...I had to pay $200 for short block assebmly for nothing!!! Anyway...send me the photos and we will work something out with ups...

Maybe you should read more carefully. He said that both the front and rear pads were sent to him in one Hawk box. If you have ever seen the box the rear Hawks come in, you would know that there is no way a set of fronts and rears would fit. So they must of both been in a box for the fronts. Therefore, he had no Hawk box for the rears. And I did try to work this out via email. However, I was not getting the impression that he was being honest with me, hence my reluctance to waste money on film and developing costs.

At any rate, I think we are coming to the understanding that neither of us is trying to scam the other. And, yes maybe I jumped the gun a little. I will update this thread when the issue gets resolved.
