starting a scammer data base

i want to start a scammer data base. so if you have been scammed please put all information about the scammer. but only put it in if you are positive you have been scammed and not just a misunderstanding. i do not want this to be a post with a bunch of arguing. i think this could help alot if done right.

Rick Cardarella (ricksgta) or 1987gt on 3rdgen.org.
He was paid $300 for a HSR on 3/29. He has changed his e-mail address, phone # and everything. Atlasengr also sent him about $400 for heads & a TB that were never received. Paypal will not do anything about it.

David Blatz or Donald Blatz..
1 of those names is his dads name.
Ripped off at least two CZ28.com board members. He took my money for a fog light and never sent it... I think he stole at least 400 dollars from board members.

I haven't been scammed yet, but I was wondering if you might be able to start a good seller database as well. If you had a list of reputable sellers it would make it less stressful to buy from someone on that list.

I think this would be great as a SECTION on the website, so when members go to buy something from someone on here, they can go look at the sight and see if the persons name, address, CZ28 name, etc...is on there. It would make alot of people feel safier and get these thieves off of here.

Re: starting a scammer data base

I think this should also be a sticky.
I got one..ZRAG or Rob Lieber or Rob Pucillo..his email was Rob Lieber but his paypal was Rob Pucillo .I bought and paid by paypal a convertbile tonneau cover or 130 US. He said something about shipping and then on 17th of april gave me story about wife having a baby and said it would be shipped then. I bought it April 4 its now May 24. I filed claim with paypal and won but got zero money, not even sure if paypal bans the bum. Paypal better start tightening up on their punsishment ,he should be banned and any money into his account should be given to me at any date and maybe a retainer of 100 or more should be a requirement of using paypal. I have emailed countless times and pm also no response since the 17th since that was his last post on here the 17th.

The guy supposedly sold his car so doubt will see him on here again.
His email was roblt1@hotmail.com

Too bad we don't have a feedback system for sales. Not that it's a failsafe or anything, but something is better than nothing.

Perhaps we should set up a system where they seller puts his item on e-bay for a private auction where the buyer can place a "buy it now" bid or something?

Re: starting a scammer data base

we need a sellers feedback section like LS1 tech. But Jason D will say like evry thread he posts in about this buy/sell at your own risk. i dont think its very hard to start a feedback section but it his site so he will do what ever he wants

Eugene Neal
aka black_Z

It took my little brother to file mail fraud charges against him before he would send out a driveshaft that my brother had to wait around 5 to 6 months to recieve. Then the loser has the nerve to log on here almost a year later and try to save face. But it aint' happening because I am checking for any post he makes and I will alert potential buyers.

Re: starting a scammer data base

the thing is i researched the guy i purchased the cam from. from what i could find he had always done people right. but i think if they really screw someone they should be on a list with a full rundown of what happened. none of this crap where someone is just being impatient.

Re: starting a scammer data base

"my yellow lt1". HIs first name is Kevin and he's from the St Louis area, MIssouri (Chesterfield, I think). I traded him my 96 Ram Air intake setup. He gave me a supposed Moroso cold air that ended up being a G2 that was cracked like crazy. Also in the deal was a 1LE elbow that was also "perfect"; it ended up having some holes drilled in it, a tear, and wasn't his to trade in the first place!! On a good note, his $30 cash he gave me ended up on being counterfeit..... I have tried to contact the POS many times and he will not reply via PM, he won't call, he won't give me his number. All he does is talk trash on the board in public but he never makes right. Do a search on his name....

Ryan
