I have decided to go with a TH400 swap will be selling my built T56. It is the factory transmission out of my 2002 Z28 with 85k on the odometer. I rebuilt it 5,000 miles ago with the following:

I ordered all parts through Amber at T56 rebuilds

- Billet sliders in all synchronizers
-Brand new slider assembly for 3-4 gear
-Steal shift fork for 3-4 gear
-Carbon blocker rings on all synchronizers
- Replaced rear main shaft seal
-New bearing on front of main shaft where it meets the tranny

As you can see from the pictures, the gears are in perfect shape, along with everything else in the tranny.

I have had no issues at all after the rebuild, every gear shifts perfect; no grinding, not notchy at all, shifts very smooth and very fast.

I would like to sell this as a set with the pedals, master cylinder, Pro 5.0 shifter, and other miscellaneous items I will not need with the A3

This will NOT include the clutch or slave cylinder (since they are both shot) or the 6speed console.
I put a total of about $600 in parts

I am asking $1700 or willing to trade
