Thinking about selling/trading my Grand National

Would there be anyone interested in trading a 1st or 4th gen for my 47k mile T-top Grand national? Very clean, very fast.

Not 100% sure I want to do this, but I am gauging interest.

Prefer hard top, may consider t-top car.

Anyone?

tons. brand new pt61 turbo, msd 50# injectors, red armstrong chip, rebuilt engine with less than 4k miles, two intercoolers, complete conversion to 87 specs, adjustable waste gate, delta gate, walbro 340 fuel pump, lots of extras waiting to be installed too... like a 3500 stall tq converter, x braces, STB, bushings, etc

I am sure there's more that I can't think of at the moment.

oh, all stock parts included too. car has new tires on the back, new hoodliner still in the box, and...?

Re: Thinking about selling/trading my Grand National

here's a better info list:

ok, here are pics: www.sixtyninecamaro.com/images/gn

Info:
85 Buick Grand National, 1 of only 2000 made that year. Only 800 with T-tops. And this one has 'em!

Features:
Walbro 340 pump with hot wire kit
Accufab adjustable fuel pressure regulator with gauge
stainless dual exhaust, no cats.
Red Armstrong custom chip
Converted to 87 ECM, sensors, harness, etc
aftermarket gauges in addition to stock
Posi rear
New BFG Radials
Interior is VERY nice. No rips or tears anywhere.
Needs a rear headliner and a driver's window regulator.
Stock turbo (needs rebuilding) plus BRAND NEW Precision PT61 turbo (PIC)
Spearco intercooler kit (for hot air GN) and stock type intercooler for the cold air GN. (Sell the spearco, they get $500-$1000 on ebay)
Complete cold air conversion setup with all brackets, accessories, intake manifold, throttle body, etc. you name it, it's there.
MSD 50# injectors
All stock parts
New hoodliner
new tires
X braces
all new suspension pucks and bushings
strut tower brace
rebuilt engine (less than 4k miles on it)
Red Armstrong chip
I know there's probably more, but I can't think of it.

Re: Thinking about selling/trading my Grand National

One possible deal in the works, but still looking. TTT

PS: please don't IM or PM me expecting to trade me your stock 93 lt1 car. This car is worth an easy 8500-9000 at it sits, or 11k-13k if I finish it up (one weekend worth of work). I'm not looking for super crazy trades, I'll be very realistic and may even trade down slightly..but just SLIGHTLY. I'd prefer a decent LS1 car or a very late LT1 car with mods if I go 4th gen. 1st gen, I'm pretty open to offers still...

What are you really looking for as far as price or value goes? I do have a '96 Z to deal with if interested no big mods though.

As it sits? around $8k. If I take a weekend and finish it all up (I have all the parts - to be included int he deal) then it will go closer to $10k. Check the prices of these on ebay or autotrader.com, etc. Most are $13k plus. I'm just in the mood to keep modding the 'vert, and sicne my wife drives it, she kees stopping me from going as far as I want to with it. If I trade the GN for something SHE likes, then I get to do what I want

PM sent. 97 Z28 with 23,500 miles. Engine with decent mods, headers, 3000 stall but you have to install them. Engine and trans are currently out of car.

Re: Thinking about selling/trading my Grand National

Empty your mail box.... Just tried to PM you back and it's full.

Anyway, here is what I wrote:

Car has not been wrecked. The engine is out of a 96 Z28 I bought for parts.

Car is in excellent shape inside and out. I have pics of the car with the Fikse FM5 wheels that used to be on it and pics of the car with the BBS crosslace wheels. Have pics of interior, exterior, rollbar with swingouts painted body color, etc, etc.

Forgot to tell you, the car has a very nice tint job on it, too.
