Trade my TH400 for your T56

I have a pretty built TH400 transmission that I would be looking to do an entire swap for a T56 which means pedals, driveshaft, hydraulics, crossmember, and basically everything needed to do the swap. An upgraded clutch would be best as well as some internal modifications.
As far as my transmission, its got upgraded clutches, sprag, some hard parts, deep pan, governor, modulator, and a lot more (if it can hold up to my car, it should take whatever you can throw at it). I also have a chromoly 3.5" (maybe larger) driveshaft with 1350 yokes and B&M Nitrous Holeshot converter, as well as a B&M megashifter. I may or may not throw in my transmission cooler with temp. gauge setup, depends how the deal is.
I also have a strengthend stock torque arm welded to a lakewood driveshaft loop/tunnel brace that might need also to be put into the deal.
Looking mostly for a trade put if your really interested and want to pay, throw up an offer. I'd prefer you post or pm since i dont check email often.

I am interested... I have a T-56 with a SLP clutch and B&M ripper. It's in excellent condition, shifts perfectly and grabs no matter how I push it. I used it with Honda ATF-Z1, and GM syncromesh before that. Why are you selling...

I know you said you were looking for a 94-96. Is there a reason? Is it because you don't believe the other years are as strong as the 94-96? If you are interested I have 93 M6 (M28) that has withstanded over 700 rwhp without any problems. It has a McLeod Street Twin clutch with Steel Flywheel and B&M Ripper shifter.

What has your gas mileage been driving around with the TH400? I am just curious to know how bad it is. Thanks

IDOXLR8 - Whats an M28? Other than that, I'm really interested. I read the 94-96 Borg Warners had the least problems on the board.

30thCamaroZ - The mileage isnt bad at all under 65 mph, can barely tell the difference, but i do a lot of highway driving and it gets pretty bad during that.

Well the M28 is weaker than the later models and the gear ratio's are not what I'm looking for.

What are the gear ratios on the TH400? And it's a 3 speed auto correct?

Numbers don't lie. I am putting down over 700 rwhp without any problems. Pretty good for a tranny that is not rated anywhere near that hp level. Are you interested in selling your trannY?

The TH400 is a 3 speed auto trans, final ratio is 1:1 but not sure about the others
